Extended Application Deadline and Increased Funding!

Research shows that young people who have at least one strong connection are more likely to make healthy life choices. That’s what the Forward Together campaign is all aboutTo deepen and broaden its impact, Forward Together is funding community-led efforts that create new opportunities for youth to get connected to friends and supportive adults.

Organizations that would like to participate in the Forward Together grant opportunity can request funding ($5,000-$8,000) to create a new or fund an existing youth engagement project or program.

Please don’t wait as funding is limited! The Forward Together team (The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and its media partner SE2) will be collecting applications through Friday, April 14, 2023. Notifications of grant awards will be shared in late April.

  1. Help young people find/create stronger connections to other young people.
  2. Support young people with building skills that can help them to create stronger connections.
