Forward Together Grant Information

You're invited to apply for the Forward Together grant program

Research shows that young people who have at least one strong connection are more likely to make healthy life choices. That’s what the Forward Together campaign is all about. To deepen and broaden its impact, Forward Together is funding community-led efforts that create new opportunities for youth to get connected to friends and supportive adults and to have access to Forward Together resources.

Organizations that would like to participate in the Forward Together grant opportunity can request funding ($2,500-$8,000) to be used to either:

Project Grant ($5,000-$8,000): Create or fund an existing small project/program

Promotional Grant ($2,500): Share Forward Together materials

Extended Application Deadline and Increased Funding!

Please don’t wait as funding is limited! The Forward Together team (The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and its media partner SE2) will be collecting applications through April 14, 2023. Notifications of grant awards will be shared late April.
